The Sponsor of #YourCMPStory Sweepstakes is CMP Group Ltd.

Eligibility:

This sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and immediate family members of CMP Group Ltd. (“Sponsor”) are not eligible to participate.

Agreement to Rules:

By entering the Sweepstakes, the contestant (“You”) agree to comply with and abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or issues related to the Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes Period:

The sweepstakes begins on June 2, 2025 and ends on August 10, 2025 (“sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received by 11:59 PM (PST) on the closing date.

How to Enter:

To enter, participants must do one of the following:

  • Option 1: Upload an original photo or video through the official entry form located at https://cmpgroup.net/yourcmpstory. Include the required contact information and accept these Terms and Conditions by checking the submission agreement box.
  • Option 2: Post an original photo or video to Instagram using the hashtag #yourCMPstory and tag @cmpgroupltd in the caption.

Content Requirements:

By submitting an entry, you confirm that:

  • The photo or video must clearly show a product that belongs to the CMP Group product family, including; CMP Cordage, CMP Quick Connect Couplings, DC Titan Marine Products, Dock Edge+, EZ-Steer, IntelliSteer, Martyr Anodes, Octopus, Panther Marine Products, Rocna, TrollMaster, Sanitation Equipment.
  • The photo or video is your original work and does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • The content is appropriate for public viewing (i.e., no nudity, violence, offensive language, or illegal activity).
  • Any person featured in the content has given their express permission to appear in the submission.
  • You grant CMP Group Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes, including but not limited to use on CMP Group Ltd.’s website, social media channels, advertising, and printed materials.

Winner Selection and Notification:

Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes Period.

The winner(s) will be notified via the contact details provided during entry or through direct message on Instagram. If a selected winner does not respond within 7 business days, another winner may be chosen.

Prizes:

There are ten (10) weekly prizes to be awarded over the duration of the sweepstakes. Prize details, including descriptions and approximate retail values, are available at: https://cmpgroup.net/yourcmpstory-prizes/

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. CMP Group Ltd. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Prizes will be fulfilled via Amazon or shipped directly from the manufacturer or vendor. CMP Group Ltd. will cover all shipping costs. Winners must provide a valid shipping address; prizes will not be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

Odds of Winning:

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Rights and Publicity:

By entering the sweepstakes, you agree to allow CMP Group Ltd. to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability:

CMP Group Ltd. is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, or misdirected entries;
  • Technical, hardware, or software failures;
  • Damage to a participant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile device resulting from participation in the sweepstakes.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless CMP Group Ltd. from any and all liability arising from participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Privacy:

All personal information submitted through the entry form will be used solely for the purpose of administering this sweepstakes and in accordance with CMP Group Ltd.’s Privacy Policy.

General Conditions:

CMP Group Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes.

Disputes:

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Canada, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. By participating in this Campaign, you agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Canada having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall You be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes). You further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

To request a copy of the winners list please contact the Sponsor. Requests must be sent within four (4) weeks of the end of the Entry Period.

Social Platforms:

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks that are used to share the Sweepstakes. You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of the Sweepstakes and not to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn or any other social networks.

Acceptance of Rules:

By participating in the Sweepstakes, You have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules, Terms and Conditions.
